摘要: 组织因子(即凝血因子Ⅲ)是外源性凝血途径的启动因子。近年来发现在新生血管形成、炎症发生和细胞凋亡过程中均有组织因子的参与,而年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)有与之相似的病理过程,组织因子广泛表达于黄斑区具有玻璃膜疣及脉络膜新生血管的视网膜组织与细胞、炎症细胞、成熟血管和新生血管区。本文就近年来有关组织因子的生物学特性及其在AMD中表达情况及意义的研究作一回顾,并分析其在AMD病理过程中的可能作用机制,为寻找新的安全有效的治疗方法奠定基础。(国际眼科纵览, 2012, 36: 128-133)  

Abstract: Tissue factor (TF) is traditionally assigned to the onset of the extrinsic coagulation pathway. Recently, studies showed that an enhanced expression of TF has been implicated in angiogenesis, inflammation and apoptosis, all of which are the key processes underlying the pathogenesis of agerelated macular degeneration (AMD). Furthermore, TF is widely expressed in retinal tissue including retinal cells, inflammatory cells, mature vasculature and neovasculature of the macula characterized by drusen or choroidal neovascularization (CNV). This article reviews the biological features of TF and the potential role of increased TF expression in the pathogenesis of AMD, and helps us to find out a novel target for a safety and effective treatment of AMD.  (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2012, 36: 128133)
